This rare left-hand drive MK1 has been fully restored for the local stance scene
We have been waiting for a very long time to feature a VW Golf MK1 with a VR6 engine and we were fortunate enough to cross paths with Matthew Thompson who co-owns this car with his son Caiden.
Not only does this beautiful ride have a VR6 engine powering it but it also has been kitted out with air suspension, a ragtop sunroof and stunning leather interior.
The car was originally imported to South Africa from West Germany sometime in its life and this also makes it a very special car to own because of it’s original German heritage.
